A global pharmaceutical company in Varese seeks an analytical and proactive team player for a role in Manufacturing & Global Operations. You will optimize laboratory processes and collaborate with the Quality Control Team to achieve targeted KPIs. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in management engineering or a related field and is fluent in both Italian and English. This role offers the chance to contribute to innovative solutions within a collaborative international team.

Competenze

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in management engineering, chemistry, or pharmacy.
  • Excellent empathy and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and project management experience.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English.
  • Proficient in Excel.

Mansioni

  • Collect and analyze data to optimize laboratory test times.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Control Team to achieve OPEX KPIs.
  • Support standardization and continuous improvement activities.
  • Monitor knowledge transfer and identify best practices.
  • Implement and maintain the 5S methodology.
  • Report data to the Opex team.

What the job looks like

Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

  • Data collection and analysis to implement standard times for performing laboratory tests, optimizing operator time and improving processes
  • Collaborate with the Quality Control Team to achieve the targeted OPEX KPIs within the laboratories, especially implementing new OPEX projects in the Incoming Materials Chemical Laboratory;
  • Operative tasks supporting standardization and continuous improvement processes/activities;
  • Monitor the transfer of knowledge and identify best practices
  • Implementation and maintenance of the 5S methodology
  • Cross-functional collaborations and reporting data to the Opex team
What you'll bring to the table
