Belender is seeking a Python engineer to join our scraping team in Milano, Italy, focusing on building and maintaining integrations with public administration data.

The role emphasizes API reverse engineering and delivering reliable, scalable data pipelines for financial institutions. You will work in a highly technical environment and collaborate with a small, ownership-driven team.

Competenze

• Strong experience with Python programming.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure including Lambda.
• Proficient in Web scraping.
• Tax resident in Italy for at least 2 years.
• Able to communicate in Spanish and/or English.

Important: you must be resident in Italy and have been tax resident in Italy (filing taxes there) for at least the last 2 years.

We connect to multiple public entities (tax authorities, social security, etc.) and turn official data into structured formats (JSON). Banks can then plug this data directly into their decision-making processes.

What we're looking for

We are looking for a Python engineer to join our scraping team. You will help build and maintain our integrations with public administration systems.

This is a highly technical role focused on:

• API reverse engineering

Requirements (mandatory)

• Strong experience with Python
• Experience with AWS infrastructure:
  • Lambda
  • Web scraping
• Tax resident in Italy for at least the last 2 years
• Able to communicate in Spanish and/or English
• Commitment to complying with the company's information security standards and policies

Nice to have

• Experience in web reverse engineering
• Experience with complex or unstable external systems
• Knowledge of anti-bot techniques
