A leading global smart energy company is seeking a Technical Support Specialist in Puglia, Bari. The role involves providing technical assistance and support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and conducting training. Candidates should possess a technical engineering background, customer-focused skills, and experience with SolarEdge products. This position requires travel within Italy and possibly internationally.

Competenze

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a Technical role, including customer-facing experience.
• Valid driver license required.
• Experience with inverters, optimizers, and battery solutions is advantageous.
• Fluent in English and local language.

Mansioni

• Provide technical assistance and support to customers.
• Engage in troubleshooting and resolution of service cases.
• Travel to sites for service and emergency repairs.
• Document every issue and case in the database.
• Conduct training sessions with customers.
