Valeo Pianezza is seeking an Industrial Purchasing Trainee to support production purchasing. You will assist in managing supplier portfolios, coordinating with the productivity purchasing team, and helping to implement logistics and sourcing initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor or Master in Economics or Engineering, strong Italian and English skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset in a global automotive context.

Competenze

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics or Engineering is required.
• Proactive, convincing, persistent, pragmatic, facilitator and trainer.
• Fluent English and native Italian are required; French is a plus.

Mansioni

• Supports the manager and teams by defining and implementing technical/re-sourcing/logistics materials productivity in line with budget.
• Supports the commodity organization to reach site negotiation objectives.
• Drives material productivity actions and engages suppliers in line with budget timing.

The role involves the management of the supplier portfolio for the purchase of essential components for the production of Valeo products.

Your challenges? You will support the manager and the teams in the following activities Defines and implements technical/re-sourcing/logistics materials productivities in line with budget requirements Supports the commodity organization to reach the site negotiation objectives Drives in front of the material productivity actions and brings suppliers in, in line with budget timing Ensure coverage of logistics protocols
