The Tour Guy is seeking a sharp, high-autonomy PR Specialist for a 6-month fixed-term position in Mantova, Lombardy, Italy.

You will be responsible for getting the brand in front of traditional news desks or viral social feeds, driving our digital growth through strategic media pitching, backlinks, and social video support.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in public relations.
• Portfolio of successful media placements and backlink wins.
• Hands-on experience creating or managing vertical video content.
• Ability to write compelling hooks that actually get opened.

Mansioni

• Media Pitching: Researching, drafting, and landing pitches in mainstream media outlets.
• Digital PR & Backlinks: Securing backlinks to pages to support SEO goals.
• Social Media Support: Script and produce or direct snappy vertical content for platforms.

We are looking for a sharp, high-autonomy PR Specialist who knows how to move the needle. We need someone who can land a top-tier placement and understands exactly how that coverage feeds into our broader digital growth.

The Role

You will be responsible for getting our brand in front of the right people, whether that's a traditional news desk or a viral social feed.

• Media Pitching: Researching, drafting, and landing pitches in mainstream media outlets. You should have a proven track record of getting "yes" from journalists.
• Digital PR & Backlinks: You understand that a mention is good, but is more impactful when it comes with a backlink to the appropriate page. You'll align your pitching strategy to support our SEO goals.
• Social Media Support: You'll assist our social team managing video content on Instgram, TikTok, and whichever platforms come next. You should know how to script and produce (or direct) snappy, engaging vertical content that feels native to the platform and frames our products for sale.

What we offer:

• 6-month fixed-term contract
• Salary Range: RAL €26,000 - €30,000
• Meal vouchers (€7 per day) in accordance with internal company policy
