About the location

About the role

Plan, organise, control, and direct all public relations activities of the Hotel, ensuring consistent brand positioning, strong media relations, and enhanced visibility in key markets. Develop and execute communication strategies, oversee press interactions and storytelling initiatives, and cultivate relationships with journalists, partners, and influencers to maximise positive exposure and support overall guest and brand experience.

What you will do
  • Execute and assist in developing an integrated, strategic annual marcomms plan to align with the hotel’s business objectives.
  • Lead proactive and creative programmes that identify and leverage unique, newsworthy opportunities to elevate the hotel’s presence.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with local, regional and international media and influencers to generate consistent coverage.
  • Pitch targeted story ideas, organise media visits, coordinate interviews, and host familiarisation trips to highlight the hotel’s offerings.
  • Ensure timely posting of press releases and story starters on the Four Seasons Press Room.
  • Partner with F&B and Spa teams to design and execute promotional campaigns that support revenue objectives.
  • Maintain a comprehensive image library to ensure consistent, high‑quality visual representation.
  • Lead community relations, CSR initiatives, and internal communications to strengthen the hotel’s reputation as a valued community partner.
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3‑5 years of proven experience in public relations, social media, or marketing communications, preferably within the luxury or hospitality sector.
  • Strong media relations experience with established connections that deliver measurable results.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an ability to create compelling narratives.
  • Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms and analytics tools to monitor and optimise performance.
  • Adept at collaborating with diverse teams and managing third‑party agencies and vendors.
  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency both in English and Italian.
