We are looking for a Public Affairs Specialist with proven experience in the public sector, working with state and semi-state institutions.

The selected candidate will report directly to the Channel Manager and will be responsible for:

  • Managing the entire process of participating in public tenders and expressions of interest.
  • Developing, negotiating, and finalizing contractual agreements with partners.
  • Maintaining strong operational relationships with institutional contacts.

Your contribution will be crucial to our growth, with a strategic focus on:

  • State and semi-state companies
  • Entities controlled by municipal companies

Your Responsibilities:

  • Tender and Contract Management: Proactively search for public tenders, prepare administrative and technical documentation, and submit bids to secure new contracts.
  • Business Development: Support the expansion of the partner network by managing negotiations and drafting contracts.
  • Institutional Relations: Maintain constant and proactive contact with operational representatives of partner organizations, ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Reporting: Analyze and report on the progress of activities and results achieved.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in Business Development roles, specializing in public procurement or sales to institutional entities.
  • Deep knowledge of regulations and procedures related to public tenders and expressions of interest.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Independence, proactivity, and strong goal orientation.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
