Job summary

Hitachi Vantara is seeking an experienced ALM Process / Functional Consultant to drive ALM transformation using Codebeamer. You will conduct workshops with business stakeholders, define and implement ALM processes, and ensure end-to-end traceability across lifecycle stages.

You will configure solutions, gather requirements, and mentor teams while coordinating with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and regulatory functions. This role offers senior-level challenges in a global context.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Product Development and Process Lead ALM transformation.
• Experience defining and implementing ALM processes, workflows, templates, and governance models.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and to mentor teams.

Responsibilities

Job description

PTC Codebeamer ALM Process / Functional Consultant 15+ years of experience in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Product Development and Process Lead ALM transformation and process consulting initiatives using PTC Codebeamer. Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand current and future-state processes. Define and implement ALM processes, workflows, templates, and governance models. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Configure and validate Codebeamer solutions to support customer requirements. Define and maintain Requirements Management, Change Management, Risk Management, Defect Management, and Test Management processes. Establish end-to-end traceability across requirements, design, testing, defects, and releases. Provide best-practice recommendations for Agile, Hybrid, and V-Model development methodologies. Support process harmonization across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and regulatory functions. Create functional specifications, process documentation, training materials, and user guides. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business sign-off activities. Collaborate with technical teams for integrations with PLM, ERP, DevOps, and other enterprise systems. Support stakeholder management, governance reviews, and executive presentations. Mentor business users and project teams on ALM process adoption.
