Thales Alenia Space in Torino is seeking a Propulsion Architect Engineer to join a multidisciplinary hardware engineering team. You will contribute to propulsion solutions across acoustics, chemistry, electrical engineering and related technologies.

You will work in a customer-oriented, highly analytical environment, ensuring rigorous design and thorough reporting. The role offers a path within a leading space systems developer with global mobility opportunities.

Competenze

• Master's in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in hardware development and in your Specific speciality area (Acoustics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering & Servo-mechanism, Hydrodynamics, Inertia, Quantum technologies, Semiconductor technology, X-Rays, Materials, or other Specific technology).
• Team-player in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Customer-oriented mindset and goal clarity.
• Rigorous and analytical, able to examine steps and outcomes to improve results.

• Perform a subset of all hardware engineering activities applicable to Specific Engineering speciality.
• Analyse and define needs using advanced studies, simulations, mock-ups, models, prototypes, etc.
• Describe functions and requirements and formalise the specification and architectural design of hardware solutions.
• Identify critical development problems and assist in their resolution.
• Write timely and technically accurate reports of technical findings.

You graduated with a Master of Engineering, Computer Science or any other relevant field in University.You have significant experience in hardware development and more specifically in your Specific speciality [Acoustics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering & Servo-mechanism, Hydrodynamics, Inertia, Quantum technologies, Semiconductor technology, X-Rays, Materials or other Specific technology]You are a true team-player and love to work within a multidisciplinary environmentYou are clear about the organisation goals and the strategies you are working for, demonstrating an actual customer-oriented mindsetYou are very rigorous and analytical, logically examining the steps taken and the outcome to make corrections and produce better results
