Competenze

Join Siemens Energy as a Proposal/Bid Manager in our High Voltage Products business and take the lead in shaping winning proposals that drive our success. You’ll manage RFQs and tenders, coordinate dynamic bid teams, and present your work to both clients and internal partners. Every day, you’ll build strong partnerships with factories and suppliers, ensuring compliance and safety at every step. Your role is key to achieving our business targets and uncovering new growth opportunities in a collaborative, high-impact environment. How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Manage assigned RFQs and tenders, developing client-focused proposals that meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Present proposals to clients and internal teams, ensuring all approvals follow company regulations.

What You Bring
