Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Prompt Writer (AI Training) to craft questions, scenarios, and challenges that push AI systems to think more deeply, safely, and usefully. This is a fully remote, hourly contract role with flexible 10–40 hours per week.

No AI or technical background required—just strong writing, curiosity, and a love of language. Join a remote team delivering high-quality prompts and evolving projects.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong writing skills and an imaginative mind. No AI or technical background required — just a love of language, ideas, and asking really good questions.

What You'll Do

• Craft original, creative prompts across a wide variety of topics — from science and philosophy to everyday life and beyond
• Design questions and scenarios that challenge AI reasoning, creativity, and accuracy
• Write prompts specifically engineered to probe edge cases, test for safety, and expose weaknesses
• Follow style guides and prompt-writing frameworks to ensure consistency and quality
• Iterate and refine prompts based on project feedback and evolving goals
• Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments at your own pace
