PSA BDP serves over 5,000 customers, including some of the world's leading multinational companies within the chemical, retail & consumer, life sciences & pharmaceuticals, and electric vehicle & industrial verticals.
Efficiently handle RFQs and rate requests from customers and overseas offices, including vendor price procurement and quotation delivery.
Support the development of comprehensive transportation plans, route surveys, lifting studies, and method statements.
Collaborate closely with vendors and subcontractors to ensure equipment availability and optimal scheduling.
Coordinate daily operations for project cargo and heavy lift shipments (land, sea, or air), monitor cargo movements, and proactively resolve on-ground challenges.
Provide regular updates and detailed reports to customers, ensuring consistent communication.
Ensure full compliance with all legal and operational standards, and meticulously maintain essential documentation, including shipping documents, reports, and permits.
Assist with customer invoicing, cost booking, and final job closure.
Uphold the company's Safety, Health, and Quality (SHQ) standards and maintain awareness of the Business Continuity Plan.
1-3 years of experience in project logistics or related heavy transport operations.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with logistics software.
Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards in logistics.
Good spoken and written English.
Project Cargo, Heavylift, Out of Gauge Cargo handling experience is essential to apply for this role.
