A manufacturing company is seeking a Procurement Specialist in Genova. The candidate will support supplier evaluation, manage purchase orders, and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal applicant has 3+ years of procurement experience and a Bachelor’s Degree. Fluent English is essential. The role offers full-time employment.

Competenze

• 3 years of experience in procurement within a manufacturing or heavy industry company.
• Experience in industrial project procurement is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support efforts to identify and evaluate new/alternative suppliers.

• Track deliveries and monitor vendor performance.

Our Client is a new joint venture between important heavy manufacturing Companies in Europe.

In order to build the Procurement Team for its new building, we’re looking for a Procurement Specialist, who will report to his Procurement Manager.

Main Duties

• Supporting efforts to identify and evaluate new/alternative suppliers
• Creating and managing purchase orders based on operational needs
• Reviewing and updating vendor order acknowledgments
• Tracking deliveries and monitoring vendor performance
• Evaluate suppliers, assess costs, and make data-driven decisions
• Generate purchasing activity reports and assist in tracking budget performance
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations
• Communicate order status, delays, or issues with internal stakeholders and leadership
• Collaborates with the legal department for necessary claims documents

Main Skills

• 3 years of experience in procurement within a manufacturing or heavy industry Company
• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Logistics, Economics, or Engineering
• Experience in industrial project procurement
