Blue Oak Consulting in Rome-based international investment group seeks a Project Planning Assistant to organize the technical phases of financial reviews. You will help maintain timelines and data structures that let the team test the logic of high-stakes commercial decisions.

This full-time, fully remote role requires self-sufficiency, comfort with digital tools, and a disciplined, evidence-driven approach.

The Role

This is a full-time, fully remote position where you will assist project leads in mapping out the logistics and data requirements for complex financial investigations. Rather than managing broad strategy, you will be focused on the mechanics of our engagements for a Rome-based international investment group. The environment is disciplined and focused on evidence. You will work within a small team that values logic over presentation style, helping us stay organized as we move from the initial hypothesis through to the execution phase of a project. Because our work is 100 percent remote, you will need to be self-sufficient and comfortable using digital tools to coordinate tasks across different time zones.
