The role requires a degree in Electronic, Industrial, or Management Engineering, alongside experience in avionics equipment and lean manufacturing. About this vacancy

• Analyze the Technical Data Package (TDP) and provide feedback to the design team.
• Evaluate times and methods, defining work cycles and production processes.
• Develop and maintain production documentation, including part lists, work cycles, drawings, and production specifications.
• Manage non-conformity analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Provide support to production departments and promote lean manufacturing methodologies (5S).
• Use problem-solving tools (RCA, FMEA, Ishikawa diagram, 5 Why, 5W+1H, Pareto chart) and quality methodologies.
• Draft technical documentation such as method sheets, operational instructions, and technical reports.

What we expect from you

• Degree in Electronic, Industrial, and Management Engineering.
• Previous experience in the configuration of avionics equipment and test benches.
• Knowledge of production processes, workflows, and special processes.
• Experience with problem-solving tools and quality methodologies.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing (5S) and process control tools.
• Native Italian speaker and good knowledge of English.
