Competenze

• Laurea in Business, Informatica o campo correlato.
• 5+ anni di esperienza nella gestione di progetti e-commerce o SaaS.
• Esperienza con Shopify, Magento o Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Conoscenza di Jira e Asana.
• Capacità di analisi dati e KPI.
• Conoscenza di modelli SaaS e architetture cloud.
• Conoscenza di metodologie Agile e Waterfall.
• Ottime capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of SaaS-and Custom e-commerce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex e-commerce projects, collaborating across teams to deliver seamless customer experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technical project management, and a deep commitment to achieving both business and technical objectives. Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead and manage e-commerce SaaS projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, adjusting as necessary to meet evolving project needs.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment of project objectives, timelines, and requirements among all stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes, using data to drive decision-making and problem-solving.
• Manage vendor relationships, third-party integrations, and any additional resources needed to deliver e-commerce solutions.
• Facilitate post-project evaluations, documenting key insights to improve future project processes and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of project management experience in e-commerce or SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud-based architecture, and best practices in e-commerce.
• Proficiency in data analysis, with experience tracking KPIs and project success metrics.
• Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies, as well as a flexible approach to adapt to project needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear and effective project documentation.
