Responsibilities
  • Oversee the timely evolution and delivery of several strategic incubation projects involving a diverse team of product managers, R&D and business functions
  • Act as the single point of contact for an overview of the collection of strategic incubation projects
  • Regularly report the status of all projects, including KPIs, financials, risks/opportunities, recommendations to mitigate deviations and recovery plans
  • Proactively communicate with all organizational stakeholders to ensure they are informed
  • Collaborate closely with the project leaders to guide the timely realization (on‑time, on‑budget and in‑scope)
  • Ensure alignment across the organization between different functional teams
  • Drive a structured approach to the execution of the projects (e.g., project plans, project deliverables and project updates)
  • Constantly drive the organization to identify opportunities to improve the deliverables of projects
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar preferred
  • 5‑10 years’ experience in product marketing, product management and/or product technology in a technology‑based organization
  • Proven track record in managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects from initiation to completion — ideally in a technical or industrial environment
  • Familiarity with the energy, infrastructure or technology sectors is a plus
  • Experience working in a multinational business environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable working with project KPIs, budgets and risk assessments; able to interpret data, identify deviations and propose actionable solutions to keep projects on track and within scope
  • Capable of guiding project leaders and functional teams toward shared goals and timely delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through transformation, identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices that enhance project outcomes and organizational efficiency
  • Some level of client‑facing experience preferred
  • Fluent in both written and oral English
