Competenze

Your opportunity

Sidel is looking for a Project Manager Proposals to help drive quoting for new business opportunities related to maintenance contracts in Europe and Central Asia.This role will give you the chance to work primarily with Lead Project Managers – Services and Maintenance Project Managers – Execution, collaborating closely to ensure accurate and competitive proposals.

Your Mission
  • Prepare quotes and solutions for requests for quotation once validated.
  • Act as the main support for the Service Sales team.
  • Review and update offers with Service Sales, applying price strategy and discount levels with manager approval.
  • Prepare contracts, including Gantt charts for full project execution, with the support of Project Managers.
  • Prepare profitability tables for order booking.
  • Perform other Maintenance Solutions business-related tasks as needed.
Your Profile
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management and/or maintenance solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Control of administrative and commercial operations.
  • High proficiency in Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams) and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, basic knowledge of accounting, ability to manage change, demonstrate thoroughness, and take initiative.
  • Strong communication skills to establish professional, cross-functional relationships with central and regional teams.
