PROJECT MANAGER

The selected candidate will report to the Operations Italy Manager and will be responsible for the entire project, playing a strategic role in coordination, cost and time planning, and stakeholder management.

Activities

• Ensures the economic and technical progress of assigned projects, managing costs and timelines while identifying potential areas for improvement
• Oversees and monitors the work of the team dedicated to operations and project execution
• Manages project contracts to ensure proper progress and compliance
• Shares project phases through periodic reporting to the client and the direct manager at headquarters
• Monitors the activities of suppliers and subcontractors related to the assigned projects

Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering or Geology
• Several years of experience as a Project Manager within companies in the foundation and ground consolidation sector
• Experience in large-scale projects involving significant resources, financial impact, and organizational complexity is preferred
• PMP certification or Master's degree (preferred but not mandatory)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Suite
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies
• Familiarity with Project Management software
• Understanding of Business Analysis principles
• Energy, results-oriented mindset, and leadership
• Strong personality and interpersonal skills to lead a team
• Ability to work under pressure
