About the Role

As a Project Manager you will coordinate evolution projects for processes and tools that support the company’s business, applying and using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Apply Agile and Scrum practices across the project lifecycle.
• Interact with senior business lines and stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver business value.
• Plan and manage project schedules, resources, and risks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Project Manager, preferably in consulting firms or dynamic, international companies.
• Good knowledge of the Insurance sector.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent relational and team‑management skills, with the ability to engage senior lines.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and presentation capabilities.
• Proficiency in English.
• Additional strengths: time‑management, adaptability, stress management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
