Join Amaris Consulting as an IT Project Manager in Rome (hybrid). You will be part of an international team, thriving in a global group with over 1,000 clients worldwide and a dynamic environment. In this role, you will interface with network, operations, facility, and datacenter teams, ensuring technical alignment and project success. You will be responsible for budget management, team coordination, and project timeline oversight, leveraging your strong infrastructure background to deliver results.

Your missions

• Coordinate and manage IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Interface with network, operations, facility, and datacenter teams to guarantee technical feasibility and integration
• Oversee project budgets, ensuring effective allocation and monitoring of resources
• Lead and coordinate project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Define, monitor, and ensure adherence to project timelines (SAL)
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery of milestones
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes

Your profile

• Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with technical environments involving networks, operations, facility, and datacenter management
• Minimum of 3 years experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on infrastructure projects
• English proficiency is a plus
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Agile/Scrum)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage budgets and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Problem‑solving mindset and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment
