The successful candidate will manage IT-ICT projects, conduct functional analyses, and ensure projects meet KPIs. Applicants should have a BS/MS in Computer Science or Management, 3-4 years of IT project experience, and strong skills in Office Automation tools. Excellent English and teamwork abilities are essential. This position offers a dynamic work environment with the opportunity to lead significant projects.

We are looking for a Project Manager for our Turin branch.

What you’ll do

Paladin is the business pillar, the standard-bearer of customer needs.

The candidate will follow the planning, development, and delivery of important IT-ICT projects.

Main responsibilities

• Program Management: plan, alignment on projects, presentations, reporting;
• Monitoring the progress of functional analysis according to efficiency and effectiveness KPI;
• Prevent potential criticalities and misalignments between processes;
• Business requirements functional analysis and interaction with users;
• Definition of the project schedule;
• Development and application systems evolution monitoring.

What you’ll need

• A BS/MS in Computer Science/Management, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience;
• Excellent English
• At least 3-4 years of experience on IT projects;
• Solid knowledge of Office Automation tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project);
• Ability to think strategically and perform methodically;
• Extreme attention to detail;
• Ability to work with tight deadlines in an environment with competing priorities and able to ensure that all parties provide key information to make efficient decisions;
• Ability to produce ideas and turn them into the creation of Best practices;
• Excellent teamwork skills;
• Attitude to complexity management;
• Knowledge of relational and SQL databases is mandatory.
