Una società di consulenza è alla ricerca di un Project Manager esperto per lavorare su progetti di analisi e evoluzione dei processi nel settore dei servizi pubblici. La figura ideale possiede un Master in STEM, ha da 1 a 6 anni di esperienza e competenze nella gestione di progetti. Offriamo un contratto a tempo indeterminato con retribuzione commisurata all'esperienza.

Descrizione del Ruolo

We are looking for a Project Manager experienced in strategy and operations at consulting firms. You will work in projects of analysis and evolution of processes and tools to support the business of public administration companies.

• Set up new structures, organizational models and change management
• Analysis, design and reengineering of business processes (BPR)
• Analysis of sector regulations and drafting of organizational documents (e.g., guidelines, procedures)
• Support implementation of business process management solutions
• Definition of models and solutions for process performance improvement

Requisiti

• 1 to 6 years of experience in similar roles
• Master’s degree in STEM (engineering, economics, statistics, mathematics)

• PM/PMO competencies
• Experience in defining strategy for new services and implementing related solutions
• Knowledge of governance initiatives (regulatory alignment, platform evolution, process digitalization)
