Project Manager – Digital Transformation & Banking Channels - Milan

Be Management Consulting is looking for a Project Manager with 3-6 years of experience in digital transformation projects, especially in banking digital channels (internet banking, mobile banking, corporate channels). The ideal candidate has solid skills in team coordination, technology adoption and implementation of solutions in line with sector regulations (PSD2, SCA).

What you will do

• Manage complex projects: plan, monitor and coordinate digital transformation initiatives related to banking digital channels, ensuring deadlines, budget and quality.
• Digital Banking & Compliance: implement innovative technology solutions, such as digital credit products and regulatory adjustments (PSD2, Strong Customer Authentication).
• Analysis and delivery: support functional analysis, design of target solutions and manage the entire project life cycle, including testing and go‑live.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams: manage complex teams (even cross‑country) and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Stakeholder management: maintain continuous dialogue with clients, technical teams and partners to achieve project objectives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, Economics or related disciplines.
• 3-6 years as Project Manager or PMO on digital banking or banking channel projects.
• PMP or PSM I certification preferred.
• Experience in PSD2, Strong Customer Authentication, banking compliance and digitization of processes.
• Advanced use of project management tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint) and functional analysis skills.
• Excellent English (written and spoken).
