Who we're looking for

We are seeking a strong Project Manager – Digital Solutions to manage complex digital and technological projects within our Sales & Marketing team. This client-focused role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a professional image, as you will support our key clients in deploying custom special projects.

What you'll do

• Provide technical support during initial project phases, including client demos and Q&A sessions.
• Engage with marketing C-levels to propose optimal solutions for project execution.
• Coordinate efforts across internal teams (Sales, Product, Data) and third parties to ensure project success within targets and timelines.
• Monitor project progress, update stakeholders, and manage delays and changes effectively.
• Ensure timely, within scope and within budget delivery of all projects.

What you'll need

• Master's Degree in STEM disciplines.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Consultant in digital advertising or innovative technological projects, especially in the retail sector.
• Strong analytical skills, data-driven and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Problem-solving, negotiation, and results-driven mindset.
• Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills and the ability to influence internally and externally.
