DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

The resource joins the Business Improvement Team in Pirelli's HQ based in Milan. The Project Manager will have the responsibility to manage cross-functional programs designed to improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of our organization. The resource will collaborate with the flow leaders assigned to each program, providing support to ensure the effective execution of the sub-projects.

YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES
  • Supervise the end-to-end management of cross-functional business improvement programs, ensuring their alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans detailing timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with company policies and report any issues when necessary.
  • Work closely with flow leaders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop effective solutions, and drive project execution.
  • Provide support to flow leaders to facilitate the successful completion of sub-projects.
  • Regularly analyze project progress, identify potential issues and obstacles, and take corrective actions when needed.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on project status and overall progress to key stakeholders and management.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices and methodologies, encouraging the adoption of strategies and tools to enhance project outcomes.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Master's degree in Management Engineering or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to develop business cases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION
  • Previous experience in consulting firms and multinational companies, particularly in the automotive, home appliances, or FMCG sectors
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software
  • Project Management certifications (PMP, Six Sigma)
  • Flexibility to work under pressure in a very unpredictable and demanding environment.
