The role is based in Milan’s HQ within the Business Improvement Team.

YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES
  • Manage end‑to‑end cross‑functional improvement programs aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure project compliance with company policies and report issues appropriately.
  • Collaborate with flow leaders to gather requirements, devise solutions, and drive execution.
  • Support flow leaders for successful sub‑project completion.
  • Analyze progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide status reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Promote continuous improvement through best practices and methodologies.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Master’s degree in Management Engineering or related field.
  • 6‑10 years of experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with multitasking capability.
  • Ability to develop business cases.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
