What You Will Do

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead Installation Projects within our Integrated Solutions portfolio. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the projects, including budget, schedule, resources, and deliverables quality. Maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external clients, assessing contract changes, and providing regular project updates to stakeholders will be key to your role. Your leadership will drive the success of your projects.

How You Will Do It
  • Project Ownership: Take full responsibility for successful project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and with zero or positive deviation from the baseline.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives to align with the company strategy.
  • Project Planning & Coordination: Define and manage project plans aligned with customer needs and internal resource availability. Collaborate with customer project teams to coordinate milestones and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Budget Management & Cost Control: Oversee budgets, identify opportunities to enhance profitability, and utilize tools and processes to optimize costs and project efficiency.
  • Decision Making: Make informed decisions under pressure to keep the project on track and resolve issues promptly.
  • Customer Requirements: Understand customer needs and provide recommendations and briefings to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships as their primary point of contact.
  • Adherence to Processes: Follow company protocols, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality in all project activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a positive and productive project and work environment, building strong relationships with colleagues and creating a collaborative atmosphere.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other departments and teams, sharing information and collaborating to drive project success.
What We Look For
  • Education: A University degree in Engineering (or a related field).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Project Management. Experience with Installation Projects would be a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Project Lifecycle: Proficient in managing the full project lifecycle, from system design and specification through to installation, commissioning, and handover.
  • Technical Documentation: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (e.g. P&IDs), system schematics, and wiring diagrams.
  • Proven expertise in managing and optimizing processes (e.g. Lean methodology, Six Sigma).
  • Non-specific Software: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other IT tools and applications.
  • Process and Procedures: Strong ability to adhere to established processes while proactively identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues quickly.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing work environments and schedules, demonstrating flexibility in approach.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within Italy and internationally as needed for project oversight and customer interactions.
Nice to Have
  • Understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS), including integration with HVAC, lighting, access control, and security systems. Familiarity with communication protocols used in BMS, such as BACnet, Modbus, KNX.
  • Lean Six Sigma certifications (e.g. Green Belt, Black Belt, etc.)
