A leading technology company in Travagliato is seeking a professional for a technical leadership role. The ideal candidate will manage customer relationships, coordinate testing phases, and demonstrate a multidisciplinary technical culture. Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Technical Management Manager and work daily with them; be included in the working group with other job coordinators already working in the company.
• Manage the relationship with the customer in the technical area of design and production to recognize their specifications and needs in technical and time terms.
• Participate in the kick-off meeting with the technical and commercial entities and support the technical offices in the development of project activities.
• Verify conformity of requests to supply specifications and adherence to budgeted costs in collaboration with other entities in the division.
• Report to the commercial department any supply variances that arise during the progress of the job order.
• Coordinate the testing phase at the company's site and, subsequently, at the customer's site.

Profile

We are looking for a professional who will demonstrate multidisciplinary technical culture, propensity to work in a team, good English language skills, and willingness to travel briefly. Candidates with a bachelor's degree in engineering, particularly management or mechanical engineering, or previous experience in a similar role will be valued. Experience as a mechanical or electrical technical leader is appreciated, and with previous experience in PLC programming of automatic machinery and habitually assigned to commissioning machines at their own site and at the Customer's site. This position is open to candidates of any gender (Italian Law 903/77).
