As Project Manager you will lead project teams to foster the adoption of expert.ai technology to transform unstructured data in knowledge and insights. Not only do you have a robust knowledge of Project Management theory and methodologies, but you have also multi-year experience in enterprise software projects.

What you will do :

As a Project Manager, you will :

• Work in international contexts, managing projects in Europe and North America
• Manage and overview multi-cultural project teams while monitoring and controlling projects constraints (scope, time, cost)
• Ensure successful delivery by meeting quality standards jointly agreed with Customers
• Provide technical guidance to the project team
• Ensure time-efficient tasks assignments to project team members
• Build trust and manage successful relationships with expert.ai Customers
• Manage multiple projects in parallel

Who you are :

• You have a master's degree or more and have knowledge of Computer Science and technical aspects. Familiarity with AI is a plus.
• You are a professional with 10+ years of experience in software development projects within consultancy firms, system integrators, or similar.
• You are fluent with the best practices and frameworks in organization and Project Management (PMP®, PSM®, Prince 2® certifications will be considered a plus).
• You are comfortable managing internal and external stakeholders, up to the C-Level.
• You are flexible, resilient, and you can manage projects based on diverse technologies and in diverse industries.
• You can deliver effective technical presentations to any audience expressing strong communication skills.
• You are a natural problem solver and result oriented.
• You are fluent in English and Italian. Additional languages are a plus.
