A leading cybersecurity firm in Italy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of project management experience in cybersecurity or IT, excellent communication skills in English and Italian, and relevant certifications. This role involves coordinating activities between teams and managing client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Competenze

• 5+ years of project management experience in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or enterprise software.
• Proven ability to manage technical delivery and client relationships simultaneously.
• Strong documentation and communication skills in English and Italian.

Project Manager – Cybersecurity | Italy

Iperium is partnering with a leading global cybersecurity vendor to identify an experienced Project Manager to oversee customer delivery across Italy and wider EMEA.

This role will suit someone who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments and can bridge the gap between technical and business teams. You’ll manage multiple implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity implementation projects for enterprise clients
• Coordinate activities between internal consultants, engineering teams, and customer stakeholders
• Track timelines, deliverables, and budgets while maintaining transparent communication
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare status reports and executive summaries for management and clients

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or enterprise software.
• Proven ability to manage technical delivery and client relationships simultaneously.
• Strong documentation and communication skills in English and Italian.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Based in Italy (Milan or Rome ideal) with flexibility for occasional travel.
