Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our Operational Projects PMO Department. Reporting to the Team Lead Operational Projects, you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational success through effective project management and leadership. Within this PMO Department, you will have the opportunity to gain experience across a variety of project areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and success criteria.
• Provide strategic direction and vision to project teams, aligning project goals with the organisation's overall objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring tasks are executed in accordance with the project plan.
• Monitor project progress and react as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Build and lead cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and executives to ensure everyone is aligned with project goals.
• Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Manage project budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring optimal utilisation.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that project deliverables meet the highest standards.
• Conduct thorough project reviews and evaluations upon completion.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
• Generate comprehensive project reports for leadership review.

Qualifications

• 3 years of working experience in project management
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects in an international environment.
• Degree or master's degree in technical or business/management studies.
• Project management certifications are a plus.
