WE ARE HIRING A PROJECT MANAGER

Position: Project Manager

Sector: Industrial Automation

Reports to: PM Division Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to ensure efficient project management, respecting deadlines, costs, quality, and the service offered to clients.

Responsibilities

• Interface with all stakeholders, both internal (project team) and external (end clients).
• Collaborate with business functions involved in project development.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and maintain constant communication between the client and headquarters.
• Manage client relationships, from the initial welcome call to the end of the contract.
• Draft briefs and custom digital strategies in collaboration with the team of specialists.
• Plan projects and present strategies, activities, and reports.
• Supervise and coordinate the teams involved, monitoring deadlines.
• Control the final results of the project and update stakeholders on progress.
• Support project team members in assigned tasks.
• Responsible for margin and budget, with cost control.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or Management Engineering.
• Previous experience in the technical or technical / commercial department in companies in the mechanical engineering or industrial automation sectors (packaging, automation, robotics).
• Excellent knowledge of AUTOCAD 2D (TOP LAYOUT is preferred) and good knowledge of 3D CAD software (SolidWorks).
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
