The Stefanini Group in the Bologna area is seeking a Project Lead to join the T&T Digital Engineering organization. You will manage projects, coordinate stakeholders, and drive performance improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key tasks include KPI monitoring, governance support, and maintaining standards and training materials. Working hours are CET 09:00-18:00, with 1-2 days per week from home; salary starts at 30,000 EUR gross annually, with final offer based on experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing and industrial automation.
• Proven project management experience.
• Experience with KPI management, problem solving, and performance improvement programs.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Lead to join the T&T Digital Engineering organization of our prestigious client based in the Bologna area. This role combines project management, performance improvement, stakeholder coordination, and operational governance to ensure sustainable T&T performance and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of global T&T projects, including regulatory deployments, sourcing changes, portfolio extensions, and manufacturing initiatives;
• Monitor T&T KPIs, including aggregation efficiency, reject rates, empty cases, data quality, and compliance performance;
• Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Support governance, reporting, risk management, and project portfolio reviews;
• Maintain standards, procedures, training materials, and knowledge-sharing platforms.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, IT, or related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing and industrial automation;
• Proven project management experience;
• Experience with KPI management, problem solving, and performance improvement programs.

Preferred Experience

• Track & Trace systems and solutions;
• Manufacturing Execution Systems;
• Vision systems, coding and marking technologies;
• Regulatory compliance and product traceability requirements;
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Work Conditions

• Working hours: standard daily office schedule (CET 09:00-18:00) with the one-hour lunch break.
• Duration of the contract: 1 year.
• Working setup: 1-2 days/week from home following the client's needs.

What We Offer

Salary starting with 30,000 EUR gross/year, depending on seniority level.

The final salary offer will be determined based on gender-neutral, objective criteria, such as, but not limited to the experience and seniority level required for the role, as outlined in the job description. This will be further assessed during the technical interview.
