Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in the technical development of building automation projects using value engineering
  • Coordinate the contribution of various internal and external key stakeholders useful for the realization of the project
  • Complete design and documentation of complex and integrated systems
  • Develop software, perform bench testing if necessary, and deliver the commissioning package to the field. Assist with start-up delivery if necessary
  • Assist the field engineer during commissioning and on-site activities, as well as technical project management
  • Integration of systems into supervisory software, including third-party systems using BACnet, Modbus, OPC, KNX and other protocols
  • Use change control logs to create a full audit trail of all design changes in order to support the Project Manager in his change order management activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronic engineering or related
  • Excellent computer skills, basic knowledge of networking
  • Previous experience working with complex technical solutions
  • Ability to read, speak, English language (B2 level)
  • 3-5 years of experience in building automation, knowledge of HVAC and Lighting Control Systems with on-site experience
  • Basic knowledge of electrical diagrams
  • Ability to plan and schedule the delivery of technical projects
  • Self‑starting, able to work with a minimum of supervision
  • Willing to develop extensive product knowledge in formal training, and in "on the job" environments, working with latest Honeywell technology
  • Able to work cooperatively and provide technical direction in a team environment
