This role involves managing engineering processes for EPC contracts, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring project goals align with client expectations. Applicants should have over 5 years of experience in high-voltage systems, strong technical design capabilities, and fluency in English and Italian. This position offers a hybrid working model based in Turbigo, Italy.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in electromechanical high-voltage systems.
• Previous experience with synchronous condenser or generation projects.
• Available for national and international short business trips.

Mansioni

• Handle engineering process of turn-key EPC contracts for HV substations.
• Coordinate technical project team resources to achieve goals.
• Prepare material quantities and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

In collaboration with the direct responsible you have to handle the accurate engineering process of turn-key EPC contracts relating to HV Substations (AIS & GIS) and FACTS in order to meet customer expectations in term of quality and reliability, in line with Siemens Energy business strategy. As member of the team, you\'ll have the opportunity to support and contribute to carry out exciting projects and make the future happens. How You’ll Make an Impact
• Handle, in accordance with the agreed baseline, the requested tasks to achieve project goals designing the process of the projects in its interaction with other fields
• Run and coordinate technical project team resources for achieving technical goals
• Prepare of material quantities, technical specifications and technical evaluation of supplier’s offers
• Leading technical meetings with suppliers and customers
• Interface all the businesses involved in the project also supporting the proposal team when requested

What You Bring

• Professional background (at least 5+ years) in the design of projects with high technical content in the electromechanical field on high-voltage systems;
• Previous experience with synchronous condenser or in generation projects.
• Knowledge of specific IT programs (AutoCAD, Elcad)
• Fluency in English and Italian, written and spoken;
• Available for National and International business trips for short period of time (2-3 weeks for each project)
• Strong focus on achieving goals and customer satisfaction, initiative, autonomy and willingness to work in team

Bonus Points

• Qualified experience with BIM design process
• Professional use of specific Electrical simulation tools
• Experience in the commissioning of HV substation
