Marioff is seeking a Project Engineer to join the Marine Technology team for Italy & Spain. You will work on HI-FOG water mist fire protection systems in marine, new building and upgrade projects, collaborating with the project management team and cross-functional colleagues.

Ideal candidates are team players with a systematic, proactive mindset, able to communicate effectively in an international environment. Fresh graduates may also be considered for this role and growth opportunities exist.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, HVAC or other design-related engineering fields.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and AutoCAD or other design tools.
• Ability to work in a team towards a common goal.
• Fluent Italian and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work systematically with multiple tasks under tight schedules.
• Enthusiastic attitude to utilize HI-FOG products/systems.

Mansioni

• Sprinkler system layout design, pressure loss and material calculations.
• Support project managers / site supervisors in different project documentation related tasks.

About the role

We are looking for a Project Engineer to strengthen the Marine Technology team in our Marioff Italy & Spain Team. Here is an opportunity to join us on our mission to protect people, property and maintain business continuity!

As a Project Engineer, you will work with the HI-FOG water mist fire protection systems in marine, new building and upgrade projects.

The successful candidate enjoys teamwork, working closely together with the project management team. We look for candidates who are systematic, active and independent approach to work.

You will need excellent communication skills as well as a desire to work in an international business environment.

This opportunity could be an excellent career-starter for fresh graduates or soon-to-be-graduating university students.

Your key responsibilities are:

• Sprinkler system layout design, pressure loss and material calculations
• Support project managers / site supervisors in different project documentation related tasks

To be successful in the role you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, HVAC or other, design-related engineering fields
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, AutoCAD or other relevant design tools
• Ability to work in a team towards common goal
• Fluent Italian and English language knowledge, both spoken and written
• Ability to work systematically with multiple tasks under tight schedules
• Enthusiastic attitude to utilize technology edge HI-FOG products / systems

We also value:

• Experience from marine technology, hydraulics, HVAC is an advantage
• Understanding about the project life cycle
• Other language skills are a bonus
