Project Director

As part of the Industry and Energy Organizational Unit in the Engineering Technical Direction, you will be responsible for the following activities:

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate delivery teams to ensure efficient execution and timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with the Business Department to achieve the economic targets defined by the company.
• Provide technical support during presales activities for the acquisition of new projects.
• Prepare bid responses, focusing on technical specifications and cost evaluations.
• Continuously update and enhance the Industry and Energy Value Proposition and ALTEN's market positioning.
• Organize and oversee internal training programs.
• Identify and analyze topics related to research and innovation.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Automation Engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of the Automation or Energy sectors, including enabling technologies, future trends, and innovation.
• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the Automation or Energy sectors, predominantly within R&D environments. Expertise should include one or more of the following areas:
• Embedded Systems: PLCs, and firmware development on microcontroller-based platforms.
• Validation of industrial equipment and test automation.
• Proficiency in design, development, validation, and communication techniques relevant to the sector.
• Familiarity with both international and national standards.
