A leading renewable energy recruitment firm in Italy is seeking a Project Manager to oversee solar PV and Onshore Wind projects. The successful candidate will have over 3 years of experience in project development, and be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder engagement. Fluency in English is required, as well as the ability to travel. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to significant renewable energy initiatives.

Descrizione del lavoro

The Green Recruitment Company has been partnered with a leading renewable energy company with more than 10GW of projects under development to work in their Italian office.

The Project Manager will be in charge of the technical business development of the solar PV and Onshore Wind projects in Italy, reporting to the Country Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project development activities for Onshore Wind Greenfield projects, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Conduct thorough feasibility studies, site assessments, and resource analyses to identify suitable project sites and assess their potential.
  • Coordination and liaison with stakeholders.
  • Budget compliance and deviation control.
  • Supervising contracts along with risk management, quality assurance and document and cost control.
  • Arrange site visits and meetings whilst delivering excellent community engagement at each stage of a project.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant experience working in the business development of onshore projects.
  • Experience in environmental and planning aspects of project development.
  • A willingness and enthusiasm to work as part of a dynamic team, whilst fostering a positive working environment for all members.
  • Fluency in English and availability to travel is a requirement.
