What you will do
  • Manage all aspects of wind, BESS, and solar PV project development up to the final permitting and pre-construction phase.
  • Interface between regulatory institutions, regional and municipal offices, grid operator, at project definition and execution.
  • Planning and follow-up of the activities to respect timeline of authorization and realization process.
  • Coordination of tasks between all the stakeholders involved in the process of permitting
  • Lead permitting phase of projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to the final authorizations.
  • Conduct technical and administrative due diligence for project acquisitions, managing and securing new development opportunities.
  • Negotiation and acquisition of land and managing the relationship with owners.
  • Liaise and cooperate with the engineering team for the correct implementation of layout project.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing the company's business

What are we looking for

Verifiable experience in developing, consultancy or advisory of PV, Wind and BESS projects in Italy; proven understanding of the regulatory framework related to the energy sector, specifically the development and construction of PV and Wind Plants, including environmental and licensing requirements.
