Project Assistant – Lights on Women and FSR Strategy

Description

The Florence School of Regulation is seeking a Project Assistant to join its dynamic team and contribute to the School’s strategic development.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating research and outreach for the Lights on Women and FSR Strategy, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Supporting research, policy analysis, fundraising, dissemination, and community engagement;
  • Monitoring ongoing tasks, deadlines, and requests;
  • Collaborating with all teams within the Florence School of Regulation.
Essential qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Political or Social Sciences, Communications, Public Affairs, Economics, or Engineering;
  • Experience in project management, gender mainstreaming (preferably in the energy sector), and stakeholder engagement;
  • Knowledge or experience in energy, climate, and sustainability issues.
Desirable qualifications:
  • Experience working with EU institutions, agencies, or delegations;
  • Excellent communication and editing skills demonstrated through previous roles or training.
