Project and Service Agreement Manager - Building Automation and Fire Security System - Bologna

We are looking for a Project and Service Agreement Manager to be hired with a permanent contract in Bologna within the Smart Infrastructure Buildings area.

Your Challenge
As a Project and Service Agreement Manager your mission will be to oversee maintenance projects and contracts, as well as all related KPIs, with the goal of achieving the established corporate targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and manage penalties, claims, and contract variations through to their technical and administrative closure.
- Conduct project risk analyses and monitor milestones and budget adherence, implementing corrective actions to minimize non‑compliance costs.
- Define customer objectives and project requirements based on bid documentation and customer orders.
- Coordinate overall project planning and decide on resource allocation, monitoring work progress.
- Organize project meetings and ensure effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate the project team, assigning tasks according to competence and seniority.
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and corporate conduct guidelines (code of ethics, tax regulations, export control, E).
To be a perfect fit for this role
- Proven experience in project management within safety and security systems.
- Basic knowledge of key technical standards (CEI, UNI, ISO, EN).
- Solid background in automation systems, with focus on Building Automation, Fire Safety, Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion systems.
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation and safety management systems.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Strong time‑management skills and ability to manage shifting priorities.
- Willingness to travel for business, both nationally and occasionally internationally.
- Knowledge of IT fundamentals, including networking, VPNs, firewalls, IT security, virtualization, and remote connection tools.
- Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Ability to build and maintain positive and collaborative working relationships.
- Experience with Pharma VM and GMP standards is considered a plus.
