HCLTech in Turin seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale PLM transformations for global manufacturing and automotive clients. You will drive end-to-end delivery, governance, and risk management across cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Teamcenter or 3DEXPERIENCE, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication. Italian language proficiency is mandatory for client-facing engagements.

Formación

• Extensive experience leading PLM transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience with Teamcenter (TC) and/or 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX).
• Strong background in Manufacturing and Automotive industries.
• Expertise in stakeholder management, program governance, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable enterprise solutions.
• Italian language proficiency is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

Job Title: Program Manager - PLM (Italian Speaking)

Location: Turin

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and deliver large-scale PLM transformation programs for global Manufacturing and Automotive clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing enterprise PLM implementations, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and program governance while ensuring delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale PLM programs, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Manage client stakeholders, business partners, and cross-functional teams to drive successful program outcomes.
• Oversee program governance, risk management, issue resolution, and escalation management.
