毎日は、前日のリモート品質レビューから始まります。 品質レビューは毎日、毎週、毎月実施され、ネットワーク全体のレビューで報告されます。 日常業務には、その日の OTD に合わせてスムーズに出発するためのルーティング出力に関する DSP との調整、RCA とアクションアイテムを考え出す D-1 パフォーマンスの DD、DS パフォーマンス、安全性、および運用 SOP に関する DSP との定期的なレビューが含まれます。 日常業務とは別に、個人は拡張 (DS の立ち上げ)、イニシアチブ/パイロット (コスト、品質、安全性、量の達成に関する)、および新規立ち上げにも責任を負います。 Daily duties include coordinating with DSP on routing outputs for a smooth departure on OTD (On Time Departure) for the day, DD (Deep Dive) on D-1 (Day 1) performance coming up with RCA and action items, DS with DSP on performance, safety and operational SOPs. Includes regular reviews. Apart from day-to-day duties, the individual will also be responsible for expansions (DS launches), initiatives/pilots (regarding cost, quality, safety, and quantity achievement), and new launches.
