Position: Program Manager II

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Responsibilities
  • Identify, design, develop, implement, and execute new and existing processes, policies, goals, and solutions to ensure optimal customer experience related to fulfillment solutions.
  • Drive development efforts and manage priorities for project/program completion, including operational solutions.
  • Create schedules, identify and communicate risks to stakeholders, define risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate appropriate engineering solutions.
  • Develop system requirements to streamline and simplify tools used to manage and enhance operational productivity, accuracy, and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of current or future fulfillment channel performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate with business systems and processes.
  • Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, supply chain, and fulfillment operations.
  • Maintain metrics, reports, and process documentation to monitor and analyze delivery performance and key business performance indicators.
  • Manage cross‑functional teams and/or third‑party vendors for implementation of project/program requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all projects, and using this data to drive/influence business decisions.
  • Up to 30% domestic and/or international travel may be required.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or as a Program/Project Manager, or a related occupation.
  • One year of experience in the following skills: managing operations projects from design to implementation for large‑scale fulfillment solutions; experience with selection optimization; and working with statistical analysis and data mining tools utilizing Excel, Tableau, or SQL.
  • Experience in program management, including managing, planning, organizing, scheduling, and tracking of projects from initiation, planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Experience in working in the business procurement organization of a consumer market segment company or related industry experience in supply chain/transportation operations, direct‑to‑customer fulfillment/distribution center/operations, general management, or engineering operations.

The pay range for this position in Minneapolis, MN is $88,254 - $129,800 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign‑on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
