A leading fintech firm based in Italy is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects. You will take ownership from planning to execution, coordinate international teams, and drive alignment across markets. As a Program Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional projects with strong technological and strategic impact.
You’ll take full ownership from planning to execution, coordinate international teams, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership — driving alignment, innovation, and transformation across markets.
5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in fintech, banking, or consulting.
Proven track record in IT transformation programs, migrations, or regulatory-driven projects.
Experience managing complex, international programs (multi-country or multi-stream).
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills across technical and business areas.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Fluent in English.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and delivery tools (Jira, Confluence).
Hybrid working model based in Milan.
