Program & Launch Manager – Automotive Sector

We are looking for a Program & Launch Manager to join a leading company in the automotive sector, specialized in the development and production of innovative solutions for major international OEMs.

The role will be responsible for coordinating product development programs and launch activities for new projects, ensuring full compliance with timing, cost, quality, and technical requirements agreed with the customer.

Responsibilities
  • End-to-end management of assigned programs, from development to series production.
  • Planning, monitoring, and controlling project progress, with a focus on timing, budget, and deliverables.
  • Coordination of cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics).
  • Management of customer relationships and coordination with key suppliers.
  • Identification and mitigation of project risks, implementing timely corrective actions.
  • Supervision of pre-series and industrialization phases, ensuring a successful launch and alignment with company and customer standards.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or related technical disciplines.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Program or Project Management roles within the automotive sector.
  • Knowledge of product development processes and APQP/PPAP methodologies.
