Job summary

Leonardo, a leading international industrial group, seeks a Junior Program Controller for its Cascina Costa site in Varese, Italy. You will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance control for complex programs, partnering with Program Managers and cross-functional teams.

The role requires a degree in economics/finance, 1-3 years in Controlling, and strong Excel/SAP skills, with English at B2 level or higher.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management Engineering or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, FP&A, Project Control or similar roles.
• English language level at B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Support program planning, budgeting and forecasting activities throughout the program lifecycle.
• Plan and monitor program costs, revenues and margins aligning with business objectives.
• Define and maintain WBS and related financial reporting structures.
• Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, identify variances and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare and analyze periodic performance reports and dashboards for management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting and other functions to ensure compliance with procedures.
