Il candidato ideale avrà esperienza nella progettazione di macchine industriali e conoscenza di software di progettazione 3D. Join to apply for the Progettista Meccanico Senior role at IMS TECHNOLOGIES

IMS Technologies is a reference point for the design and production of customized machines for the converting, packaging and flexible packaging sectors. For our technical office we are looking for a mechanical designer, responsible for the development of machine models within their competence in terms of configurability and technological evolution, and also for the on-order development of projects related to such products.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of customer request feasibility
• Mechanical design activity for orders within their competence, coordinating the transversal project team
• Management of the mechanical design team assigned to projects of their competence
• Assistance and support to production teams in assembly phases and first test of the product
• Propose to the Mechanical Engineering Manager and Sales Engineering solutions of product improvement
• Support Sales Engineering for the definition of product configurations

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical engineering (preference) or technical diploma
• Excellent reading of mechanical technical drawings
• Knowledge of 3D mechanical design software
• Capacity for dimensional sizing and mechanical component selection
• Preferable knowledge of Creo/Inventor
• Previous experience in the design of industrial machines required
• Good knowledge of English
