Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute efficient personnel management plans
• Keep consultants utilization at a high level to meet annual objectives
• Improve the skills of our Professional Services consultants
• Maintain and increase the technical certification of the consultants on the team
• Maintaining a good relationship with all customers
• Strive to continuously improve our current service offerings
• Help develop additional service offerings to enhance our value
• Manage customer escalationsAlways strive to improve the project delivery process and reporting structure
• Have 1:1 meetings with your consultants
• Identify challenges, current and future needs with skills, promotion, and role changes>
• Be a key player by sharing your opinion and thoughts on management discussions
• Be proactive and innovative
• Help with consultant recruitment and hiri
